SIVLE (Elvis spelled backwards) is a versatile Indie & Classic Pop-Rock band from Brantford, Ontario, Canada belting out an arsenal of legendary tunes from the 50s - Today, as well as original tunes. SIVLE features Joan Minnery on Lead Vocals, Bill Minnery on Guitar/Bass/Vocals and Dan Taylor on Drums/Piano/Bass and Backup Vocals. SIVLE has recently added Bob Minnery aka bigEZbob, as a special guest on rhythm guitar.
SIVLE shows include a lot of ELVIS, the Beatles, CCR, Janis Joplin, a mix of Classic Rock and Today's Pop and an arsenal of well-known sing-a-long tunes. There's a little bit of Jimi Hendrix and Van Halen thrown in, that delights audiences. SIVLE can rock out with a full band or have an easy listening matinee with acoustic guitars, piano and rhythm instruments.

Joan has a very long-standing musical legacy in Brantford and the surrounding area. Her community music solo shows consist of Oldies, Country, Originals, Disney, Broadway and Rock and Roll. There is plenty of Elvis, the Beatles, Patsy Cline, Abba, Connie Francis, Linda Ronstadt, Dolly Parton, Loretta Lynn, CCR and many sing-a-long favourites. All performed to instrumental background tracks and acoustic guitar.
Joan also does a LOT of shows with her students from SiNG iT. She's a powerhouse of interactive motivation and will get everybody moving and feeling good in short order.
